Youth: Year 7-9s
Real Food Micro
Real Food Micro is the name for our youth programme for Year 7-9s.
Sunday mornings
During the first part of our main meeting on Sunday mornings the whole church family spend time together, singing and sharing in the gathering of the church. During the Bible talk, those in years 7-9 have their own age appropriate Bible teaching. Usually, once a month, they get the opportunity to stay in the main meeting and join the adults for the talk. This allows them to get a taste of adult Bible teaching, and will help them integrate into the life of the church as they grow older.
This term, Real Food Micro will be spending time in the book of Acts and exploring Jesus' unstoppable message for the whole world. See the Autumn Term teaching programme below for more details.

Wednesday evenings
Our Moorlands Real Food Micro is for all our year 7-9s across the Lancaster schools, and their friends.
There’s tea and toast, and brilliant activities and Real Food – some great time looking at what the Bible says.
Follow the Real Jesus
This term at Real Food Micro we'll be looking at two chapters in Matthew's gospel and seeing the Real Jesus - the one with power over every everything.
Is it worth following him? How do we follow him? Who can follow him? What does following him mean?
We'll also have some wacky socials (including Big Big Balloons, Fireworks and a Christmas Countdown)! Come along to find out exactly what these things are!
Real Food Micro is great fun, and an easy place to bring friends to hear something of the good news about Jesus Christ.
It's at 3.30pm for a 3.45pm start at Ripley Sixth Form Centre and finishes by 5pm. Please see the teaching programme for the Autumn Term below for more details.

Summer Camp
Every year we take our Year 7-9s and their friends to a brilliant summer camp called Casterton 1. Casterton 1 is a fantastic holiday and is a brilliant opportunity to hear more about the message of Jesus for our young people and their friends. Based in a boarding school (but without the teachers), there’s activities (rock-climbing, canoeing, hill walking, kayaking, mountain biking, swimming, archery, drama, dance and more!), sports, crafts, outings and trips, space to relax and loads more.

Please Note: This camp books up quickly, so please speak to Gerry or Becky as soon as possible.
