Student Pub Quiz
Saturday 10th March 2012, The Gregson Centre, 7:30-9:30pm
A pub quiz for students at the Gregson Centre in Lancaster. All students and their friends welcome. Free entry with drinks available from the bar. The evening includes several rounds, a free deli board and a short talk on what Christians believe.
Sunday Mornings
Sunday Mornings, Ripley Academy Sixth Form Centre, 10:30am-12pm
Join us on a Sunday morning as we meet together as a church family. Each week we meet to encourage each other, to sing and to hear the Bible explained. We have tea and coffee from 10am before the main part of the meeting and again afterwards so there's plenty of opportunities to hang around and get to know us a bit better. Primary school age children have their own Bible teaching (Grub Groups) while the adults have theirs.
Spring Picnic and Walk
Sunday 11th March 2012, 12pm-3pm
Join us after our morning meeting for a walk in the countryside and a picnic. A chance to get to know people at church better and chat about the morning. Leaving from the sixth-form centre. Location to be confirmed nearer the time. Wet weather plan included. Everyone welcome.
Real Food Micro Murder Mystery
Wednesday 14th March, the Dumbarton Road Building, 3:30-5pm
A murder mystery event for 11-14s at our church building on Dumbarton Road. Including; a murder mystery to solve, crazy games and a talk explaining what's so amazing about Jesus. If you want to come along please download this form, get it signed by your parent/guardian and bring it along.
Christianity Explored
Run on demand, various locations & times.
Christianity Explored is an informal course for people who'd like to investigate Christianity, or just brush up on the basics. Over 5 sessions the course takes you through Mark's gospel and explores who Jesus is, what his aims are, and what it means to follow him today. Click here to express an interest in joining a course.
