Welcome
Moving to UK from oversees can be a scary and uncertain time. Whether you've just arrived in the city to study or work (including short-term visit), or whether you moved to the UK years ago, we would love to give you a special welcome to Lancaster and to Moorlands!
At Moorlands, we believe that church is for everyone, whatever your background. We aim to make our church a place where people from other cultures will be warmly welcomed and helped to understand the Bible, being prepared for a lifetime of following Jesus in the UK and abroad. We hope that you will quickly feel at home with us.
What’s On
Church
Sundays at 10am
We welcome people from all over the world to be a part of our morning meeting, and we can provide Mandarin Bibles and sermon transcripts if required.
ESL Classes
Tuesday evenings, 6-7pm
Practice your English in lessons taught by our trained group leaders.
International Hub
Tuesday evenings, 6-7pm
We welcome anyone from all over the world to join us at out our discussion café. We will have a meal together and discuss a topic each week in groups. And at the end of the evening, you are welcome to join our bible study to find out more about Jesus.
