CHILDREN
We love having children in our church family and want to make Sunday mornings the highlight of their week. Find out more about what’s on for babies and children below.
Over the summer holidays our children’s groups run a little differently to usual. During the sermon we have a Summer Grub Group for children aged 2-8 years old. Volunteers from our church family are leading the session but we may need a few parents to stay in each week.
We also have a video link available for parents with children under 2, and a children's sermon handout for those over 8.
For 2-8s
Our aim in Grub Groups is for children to have loads of fun while we learn about Jesus from God’s word. We get stuck into our Bible passage each week through games, challenges, dramas, puzzles, treasure hunts and much more!
Please note that if it is your first time at Moorlands, you will need to register your children by completing a parental consent form prior to them attending a group to comply with our Child Safeguarding Policy. Our Welcome Team will show you how to do this.
What else is on at Moorlands for children?
We have plenty going on for children in the life of our church family outside of Sunday mornings. More details are below.
Little Steps is our weekly group for 0-4 year olds and their parents and carers.
Adventurers is our holiday Bible club for primary aged children (aged 4-11). Adventurers takes place every year during the February half term holiday.
